Bio: Driven by a deep motivation to increase quality of life for patients suffering from heart failure, Peribsen is team composed of 12 members, who have engineering, industrial, and research experiences. Peribsen is an Egyptian name that translates to "Hope of all Hearts". The name was chosen by the team as it implies our incentive in attempting to provide a solution for individuals suffering from heart failure, through creating a device that prolongs the life of individuals who suffer the disease to be used as a bridge-for-transplantation until a heart is available for transplantation.
