Bio: Monash Heart Hackathon (MHH) is a student-run team who compete in the world-first biomedical engineering design competition, Heart Hackathon. The founding team is comprised of Monash University students from a range of disciplines and faculties, including biomedicine, engineering, medicine, science and design. The students are working to pave the way for future MHH teams by setting up the frame-work for documenting design and processes. The team is lead by Upper Management: Riona Elsous and Brian Occhipinti who work collaboratively with their respective Materials, Mechanical and Electrical Department Heads in technical aspects of the total artificial heart development.
